DAVE
Dave is the eldest child of John and Carol, and the manager of Spencer Creek Farm, where our chickens are raised with care. He oversees the health and well-being of our birds, ensuring they have a high quality of life. With weekly shipments of fresh chicken, David is responsible for managing multiple barns and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
When he's not at the farm, David enjoys cheering on his three teenagers at their sporting events. In his downtime, he loves horseback riding and kiteboarding.
TREVOR
Trevor is the youngest of John and Carol's four children. He leads operations at Lowbank Farms, ensuring that every step of our chicken processing meets the highest standards of quality and care. With a background as a licensed electrician, he brings precision and attention to detail to our team.
Each week, Trevor takes on the challenge of maintaining consistent quality control to deliver fresh, organic chicken that meets our exacting specifications. Outside of work, Trevor is a devoted dad to four young children under the age of 8 and finds joy in running his own organic farm during his spare time.
