Mapleton Organic Ice cream
No chemicals, no GMO’s, no antibiotics, no artificial ingredients, no added colours, no whey powder, no salt, low in total sugars and not high in fat.
Ingredients: fresh cream, milk and eggs, sugar, vanilla, locust bean gum and guar gum.
French Vanilla: smooth and creamy but only 10.5% fat, (the minimum legal standard is 10%). It is definitely “vanilla” but does not overpower the subtle flavours of the fresh milk and cream.
Chocolate: the “richest” of all flavours made with organic cocoa and organic chocolate liquor (no vanillin used).
