Ingredients: fresh cream, milk and eggs, suga,vanilla,
locust bean gum and guar gum. |

Vanilla: smooth and creamy but only 10.5% fat,
(the minimum legal standard is 10%). It is definitely
"vanilla" but does not overpower the subtle flavours
of the fresh milk and cream.
Strawberriy ice cream.
Cappuccino: is definitely coffee and has caffeine
in it.
Chocolate: the "richest" of all flavours made
with organic cocoa and organic chocolate liquor (no
vanillin used). |
